How many people answered the question correctly? few I suspect.

The answer is, it depends on the condition at the start of the tenancy.

You have my sympathy.

Clearly this is not "As let", ridiculous to suggest so.

I've seen and has worse but that doesn't excuse the animals who do these things and then skip.

Just about to put the Sheriffs on to one former cheat who owes against a CCJ and has paid SFA.
