ReplyDeleteThis is an interesting and important consultation for Weymouth landlords. I'm keen to see how the proposed licensing changes will impact property owners and the local rental market. Hopefully, the council's approach is as well-thought-out as a meticulously planned Cookie Clicker strategy, balancing the needs of landlords and tenants for a thriving community.
