ReplyDeleteNobody gives a crap about the landlords. Poor housing management by the government is dumped on private landlords. Soon the only ones afloat will be the big companies. The government are destroying the BTL industry. You play by the rules and it costs a fortune, no wonder their are soo many rogue landlords!
