The Bank of England has of course missed the point. Making it onerously difficult for Landlords to remortgage or obtain loans in the first place just hits tenants in the end...and achieves nothing (but create more work for Britain’s endless army of witless Box-tickers)
Interesting how they want Landlords to present business plans, yet the muppets in the Treasury refuse to recognise them as businesses, instead taxing their turnover, not their profit, unlike any other business in the land. Morons, through and though.
