ONS latest data on private rents

• Annual PRS rental growth (Sept to Sept ) in Great Britain at 1.6%,  England 1.6%, Wales 1.4%,  Scotland 0.3%.
• London private rental prices grew by 0.9% in the 12 months to August 2017.
