Yeah right. If they did that to me it would be an immediate £50 pcm uplift of my rents, and letting my tenants know exactly why. Someone has to pay for all of this accumulating stuff, and thinking that landlords - who like me - are hardly breaking even - are going to absorb it is just pie in the sky.
But who wants to live in Rotherham, the place where the Council's priority is to protect those who screw young children and landlords.
