Plymouth HMO landlord fined £23k

A Plymouth landlord has been fined £23,000 after pleading guilty to renting out four unlicensed Houses in Multiple Occupation.

John Mayer, also failed to comply with improvement notices issued by Plymouth City Council.

Alongside fines of £23,000, Mayer was ordered to pay court costs of £1554.38.
