Standard BTL 5 year fixed rate

4.87% fixed until 31/08/2019 up to 80% LTV
- For loans up to £500,000 there is a £995 arrangement fee
- For loans over to £500,000 there is a £1995 arrangement fee

BTL light refurbishment product 5 year fixed rate

5.07% fixed until 31/08/2019 up to 80% LTV
- For loans up to £500,000 there is a £995 arrangement fee
- For loans over to £500,000 there is a £1995 arrangement fee
