Frank Knight PRS report 2014

Frank Knight have published their Private Rented Sector Report for 2014. The agent predict continued growth in a sector, the report to now be twice the size it was back in 2000.

The agency figures showed a fall in rental yields, with average rents climbing at a slower pace than property values. Rents were up 2.9 per cent, whereas average values moved up by 6.4 per cent.
