Property auction - December bargains

I'm a great fan of trying to bag an investment property going towards Christmas.  Let's face it most people leave the property market at the end of Autumn and don't come back until the first signs of Spring at the end of February. The result -  less competition.  Less competition means the chances of bagging a property bargain below the market value are much greater.
