Tenant free Zone!!

I've had some recent correspondence from one of our long standing landlords.

She's had a bad experience with a tenant recently.

Her thoughts were that us landlords should club together to buy an island somewhere nice and warm and then declare it a tenant free zone! Here we could escape all the trials and tribulations of bad tenants, blocked drains, damp patches, tenancy deposit scheme...etc..

We would be free to recharge our landlord batteries for a few days before stepping back into the melee of possession proceedings or unpaid rent.

How about naming it 'Rachmania!'
