Landlords warned on Freezers

Landlords with a Beko fridge freezer are being warned to check their model number as over 20 fires have been blamed on a faulty part in models manufactured between 2000 & 2006.

Make sure that you check them out.  Beko are offering to replace the faulty part for free.

It would be a terrible tragedy if a needless fire resulted in injury or death to one of your tenants just because you were unaware of the situation or didn't feel you had time to get the part replaced.
