RICS report rent increases

According to RICS rents continue to rise acroos the whole country, with the sharpest rises in London and the South East.

The estate agent Cluttons predicted central London rents are set for increases of between 8% and 10% following record increases of 19.1% in 2010.

RICS spokesman reflected "There has been a small uplift in supply, but the imbalance between demand and availability can only mean rents will continue to rise."
