Landlords confident on demand

Just under half of all landlords believe that demand for rental demand has increased according to research carried out by BDRC Continental.

Whilst 49% of us expect demand to increase only 6% expect demand from tenants to fall.

That makes us landlords a pretty optimistic bunch!
