Mortgage Trust FREE legal fees

The Mortgage Trust has reappeared on the buy-to-let mortgage scene and has launched a variable and fixed rate mortgage aimed at smaller scale landlords, for remortgages only.

The fixed rate of 4.99% up until 30.6.13 with the variable rate of 3.99% for 2 years.  Both are  available up to 75% LTV.  Booking fee is £1098 with an incentives of free valuation and legal fees.  The rental income requirement is for 125% mortgage interest cover and their  is a limit of 5 properties within the Paragon Group.
