Rents continue seasonal kick

Specialist rent tracking website the Rentindex Which measures the average rent from thousands of UK landlords indicates that rents in 2011 have continued their spring time bounce.

Average rents are now at just under £587 up 1% over the last month and 3% higher than a year ago.

Rentindex figures indicate that rents levels have a seasonal aspect.  Rents tend to rise from February to October and then fall back over Winter.
