ReplyDeleteCO alarms are a temporary, interim measure, Access panels have to be fitted in the ceiling or duct by December 2012. As from January 2013 any concealed flue installation that does not have the required number of access panels will be considered as a dangerous installation and will fail a Landlords gas safety inspection.
