Eviction vs tenants human rights

Landlords considering evicting non paying tenants may now have to consider whether their actions are 'proportionate' under the Human Rights Act according to the latest legal ruling.

The case reported in the Mail refers to a council tenant.  However, this case could set a worrying precedent for private sector tenants.
