Rents continue seasonal dip

Headlines in the landlord press that keep talking about record rents conveniently ignore the seasonal dip that happens around this time of year.

The Rentindex shows that rents from AST rentals have continued to drop off and are now standing at £597 someway below the peak they achieved in the Autumn.

It seems that even us landlords are a little let bullish on rents at this time of year.  Possibly because we rather have slightly less rent but no voids over the Xmas period.
