Landlords drop shots

The Ryder Cup rental boom has failed to deliver the expected giant 'albatross' golden egg for expectant local property owners.
Many amateur landlords in Wales have found that the demand for private residential property has not met the initial expectations of local letting agents.

Many local property owners who had hoped for as much as £40,000 in rent for the 10 day period of the tournament have been left feeling distinctly under 'par' having paid out letting agent and marketing fees only to see their properties un-let.
