Vulture investing - some lessons

They often say that what start off in the States eventually makes it's way to the UK several years later.

I was interested to read the latest about so called 'vulture investing' in real estate over in the US.

This article highlights that a falling property market can present some great opportunities for landlords who stay focused on price, value and returns. The article highlights that the vulture investors are moving towards investing in property for long-term income returns rather than short-term capital gains.

As we have witnessed over the last few years with the global rise and collapse in property prices that price is not always a good indicator of value. However, true value will always come through in the end.
