The latest research by the NLA shows that almost half (47%) of possessions by landlords are due to the tenants failure to pay their rent.The research also showed that 57% of landlords reported that the tenants took less than 3 months to move out.
Over 4 out of 5 cases (81%) were resolved in 5 months.
