Landlords looking at managing their property more effectively by laying down the law clearly to their tenants should check out the tenant manual written by Property Hawk landlord Kevin Wade.
The document that has been downloaded by hundreds of landlords since being made available can now be downloaded from the Property Manager.
Just go to the FORMS section and landlords can download the full tenants manual.

For all those landlords who want to download a copy. We've been literally inundated with requests. Just go to the link in the blog post to download a copy.
ReplyDeleteYour manual is excellent but I think there are a few mistakes ie
ReplyDeletepage 2 ware and tear should this be wear and tear
page 15 draws should this be drawers
page 19 other wise should this be otherwise
page 22 ad hock should this be ad hoc
I can't believe you're being so anal by nit-picking (did I spell that right?) over such inconsequential spelling mistakes. You just got a damn good publication for free that this person spent time and effort producing. You got it for free, right?
ReplyDeleteSome people don't spell perfectly...so what? You understood what was being said didn't you? A mistake would be telling landlords they can fit their own gas appliances or they can kick people out whenever they feel like it. That would demand comment, this doesn't.
If you want to spend more than a lifetime correcting everyone's spelling mistakes on the internet then good luck with that but attempting to qualify your comments with "...manual is excellent, but.." is no compliment at all. Why not just be grateful and if you have nothing constructive to add, be quiet.
Hi I like the Tenant manual is it possible to alte it to suite some of my houses that I rent out.
ReplyDeleteIt would be great if you could help.
Thanks
Gerry
Is there any way I can amend the manual slightly to fit in with my property? It appears to be a PDF document and I do not have the software to convert it to Word or similar.
