Generating a tenancy report

I was phoned up this morning by a new Property Hawk user enquiring whether there was any way he could generate a receipt or report relating to his tenancy that showed an up to date report of his tenancy.

He wanted something that he could send to his tenant to remind them what rents had been paid and what was the outstanding amount of rent.

Happily, I was able to point him in the direction of the new tenancy report. This produces a summary of the tenancy including an up to date list of rents and payments. It also shows other aspects of the tenancy including: Start date of tenancy, length of tenancy, end date of tenancy and the amount of any tenancy deposit held.

To generate and download a Tenancy Report you just need to login to the Property Manager and go to Rents and then click on the tenancy link. You should be taken to the overview of the tenancy screen. At the bottom there are a number of documents you can create including the tenancy report.
