Keep a NOTE on tenancies

One of my tenants is moving out.

We had come to an arrangement some time back that they reduced their rent

Me being me had forgot the exact details of when it happened the amounts involved

I was so glad that I popped a note within the Property Manager of exactly what was agreed & when.

To place a note just login to your account and then go to the operations tab / notes.

It saves the exacerbation of not being able to find the paper you scribbled the notes on.
