Scottish landlords and letting agents have been accused of providing unfair tenancy agreements to Edinburgh students.
The article suggests that many of the tenancy agreements given to students did not conform to the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 because they restricted the rights of the tenants.
I wonder if the journalist had ever had the pleasure of letting a student property?
