Relieved landlord allowed to keep his toilets

A 'relieved' landlord has been allowed to keep his toilets.

Kirpal Singh, who owns three properties in Holyhead Road, Spon End, was threatened with action by Coventry City Council after they claimed he installed en suites in his bedsits and put up extensions without sufficient planning permission.
