Just to say if you did try and access Property Hawk this morning you may have some problems accessing the site. I have been assured by the Stig that everything is under control. It was a little technical issue with our hosting company which has now been sorted.

ReplyDeleteI have just used the PDF on the Tenancy Report, following a request for proof of up to date rent payments as she is now claiming HBens.
Would it be possible to tweak the report to show only specific date periods, or at least by tax year? as I can see this will be beneficial when I am compiling current year details for my accountant or even if I need to issue an S8 notice.

Hi Dan, Thanks for your feedback on the NEW Tenancy Report. Having defined periods for the report is definitely something we will look at. The Stig aka Jonathan is a little 'snowed' under with work at the moment. What do other Property Hawk users think. Would this feature be useful?
