I remember reading a number of doom laden articles from the Motley Fool telling landlords to run for the hills for fear of losing everything.

Well this same analyst website is now recommending to invest in student property.

Hot air seems to change direction very quickly, whereas common sense and long term prudence seems far less flighty.
