London student property booming

According to latest reports one of the few areas of the property market to be booming is the student rental market.

This is particularly true of the London area where there are only 45,000 bed spaces yet 260,000 students.

Whilst the top end in London is clearly booming, there are some concerns that in other areas affordability and voids is putting a dampener on growth.
