A quarter of landlords are making a loss or breaking even

Even though interest rates are at a all time low a new survey reports that a quarter of all landlords either broke even or made a loss in the 3rd quarter of this year.

The online survey from market research firm BDRC surveyed more than 500 landlords in September.

Heaven help those landlords when interest rates go up.
