Tenants get older, but so do landlords!

According to letting site SpareRoom, tenants are getting older.

Their data shows that the property freeze of the last couple of years has forced the average age of tenants in shared properties up from an average of 25 back in 2006 to 28 now.

The obvious reasons for this is the reluctancy or inability for many first time buyers to get into the property market.

Propertyhawk has also found that each year that goes by, landlords get another year older, but not always wiser.
