The twitter on house prices - rural property out shines urban property


Rural properties have out performed urban property over the past 12 months.

The average home in a rural area of Britain lost 13 per cent of its value during the 12 months to the end of June, compared with an 18 per cent slide in urban areas, according to high street bank Halifax.
