Auction house must-be-sold announces 85% success rate

Residential auction house Mustbesold.com recently announced an 85% success rate in its distressed property auction which took place at the end of August. Over £5.1m was raised at the auction which took place at the Hotel Russell in London's Russell Square.

Distressed residential property sales accounted for 85% of the auction catalogue.

Some of the property bargains for sale included a two bed apartment in Leicester sold for £65,000 and a 3 bedroom apartment in a converted hunting lodge near Melton Mowbrary sold for a £68,000 and a 3 bedroomed detached house in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire within working distance of the beach went for a knock down £48,000

In an effort to increase its catalogue for its forthcoming auction on the 1st of October, the auction house will only take a fee from a seller if a transaction goes ahead.
