Have tenants got it right?

I was recently reminded by an article in Moneyweek about the ongoing debate over whether buying a property or whether renting is the best financial move. Landlords generally assume that we have the upper hand in respect of the buying or letting debate.

Well this isn't necessarily so. The crux of the well researched article is that sometimes that financially renting can work out financially better than buying. As with everything it's all about the timing. Makes you think doesn't it?
