Free property management software, Free tenancy agreements
Although I've not posted for a while, I've still been following the posts on Property Hawk.
Over the last few months I've been busy helping to put together a new website (Im no techie, but did have some input) and developing a 'new' product. When I say 'new' I actually mean not well-known.
As usual it will entail refunding money that is 'hidden' within the fabric of a building...but more of that another time, when we've sorted out the details of how to make it work easily (for me anyway).
Anyhow, getting back to the subject of the Title "Free Offer for your tenants". It's pretty common knowledge that their has been a general outcry over the last few years about 'unfair bank charges' and a lot of companies were out there to help people recover their money. Us included. Unfortunately, the banks were quick to make counterclaims and eventually got all cases put on hold until a decision was reached in the courts. However this didn't effect us too much, because we already had a service in place which allowed certain customers to continue with their claims regadless, due to a small 'loophole' which we had come across. As usual these things are hidden away in the small print, but because we have really good people in our offices, we have been able to expoit this and carry on helping our clients.
In a nutshell its this; if the banks customer can demonstrate that the bank charges are causing financial hardship, the bank has a legal obligation to consider their case and we find they will usually refund their money. It still takes some persuasion, but they can't come back with the usual trite response of "all cases are on hold until the courts make a decision."
Financial hardship would mean not being able to meet regular utility bill payments, having to borrow money at a high rate of interest or falling behind with the rent. Which is where the offer comes in.
Usually we work on a no-win, no-fee basis, but with customers who fall into the above category, we don't make a charge (we feel life is hard enough without us making it even harder), so we simply charge a small £5.00 admin fee to cover stationery and postage.
So, if you have tenants who are falling behind with their rent, simply ask them to get in touch with me through the website at www.your-refund.co.uk and leave their details. The first 20 tenants who contact us won't be charged at all. Free, gratis, zero cost. Can I say fairer than that!
