Buy-to-let mortgage LATEST - Post Office offers more than stamps to landlords

Landlords who think that all you can get from the Post Office are stamps are wrong. Thanks to a tie up between the Post Office and the Bank of Ireland they also offer some pretty competitive buy-to-let mortgages.

This week the Post Office trimmed 0.31% of their fixed rate products bringing them down to 5.99%. Now this isn't earth shatteringly cheap compared to some of the headline rates offered by for instance the Mortgage Works. However, the product fee of only £599 is far less than many of it's rivals and it will also loan up to 75% of LTV.

One of the most attractive of it's products is the 5 year fixed rate of 5.99% offered until 31.07.14.
