Gov. asks why landlords refuse HB tenants

The Government has started to ask why so many landlords are refusing to rent to tenants on housing benefit.

A newly published report asks the question, "Can private landlords refuse to let to Housing Benefit claimants?"

Don't worry - it turns out we can because "The receipt of benefits is not one of the protected characteristics as set out in the Equality Act 2010."
