Get ready for the tenant fight back. According to the Guardian tenants are getting ready to get at landlords and letting agents via an online 'Trip Advisor' style name, rate and shame website.
I wonder if the reviews on this site will be as equally skewed as their holidays equivalent.
For example, let's say you are a letting agent in a small town, with a couple of rivals. Wouldn't it make sense to get some friends and relatives to pop up some negative reviews on the competition, or pay some link farm in India to pop up some disgruntled posts.
Let's hope they have a 24 hour webmaster ready to edit the flurry of slanderous remarks. As ever, maybe the only real winners will be the lawyers.

Interesting..... and can we also post a list of 'bad' tenants who trash, steal, vandalise, don't pay rent etc etc?
I have a long list of names if anyone is interested who I would love to name and shame!
Oh but I just realised...tenants can do no wrong and are perfectly entitled to live rent free and then vandalise your property.
