A very interesting publication. Reading the whole in-depth analysis document really reveals the punative nature of the recent changes to PRS taxation. Now we just need to muppets at HMRC to understand this.
Unfortunately, Chris, the Treasury has behaved atrociously and until there is a change of personnel there and their replacement with people who are honourable and rational, there is no point talking to them. I know; I've tried.
