These people are the worst of the worst, and they give all landlords a bad name. If you're wondering why every politician and newspaper wants to bash landlords, and why nobody wants to defend us, look no further than the image that these two horrible, greedy people project.
its nothing to do with that, do you really believe 99.99% landlord would deliberately deprive hot water ? obviously not, this is about bashing LL so that the greedy govt can grab some money, rather than getting it off of the powerful rich elite , they get want to get it off an easy target
