Alot depends on the owner/tenant for sure but in my experience they cause alot of damage and the smell...wow! <br /><br />Recently had a DSS tenant trash the place. She had a dog. The lovely puppy grew into a fearsome pit-bull type of thing and crapped everywhere (or rather the owner LET IT CRAP everywhere).
