I inherited the house next door from a relative, and after a total upgrade,I have a lovely tenant who is more of a neighbour and friend. She pays her rent on time, helps by decorating and looks after the house and garden, even though she is a manager in a stressful job.
If ever she leaves, I will never find another like her, so I will sell both properties and move out to a nice area. Thanks to Tony Blair and his cohorts, my area has gone down the pan, thanks to European immigrants with no manners, no integration and no thought for their neighbours, who have turned the place into a pig sty. As a result,I now hate the place I was born in and am ashamed to invite anyone to my house.
