Scottish house price continue to rise


YourMove Scotland August HPI  puts the average Scottish house price at £176,876.
  • Scottish  house price growth at 4.8%. 
  • Transactions are up on 2016 and 2015. 
  • Scottish Borders lead monthly growth and grow 9.7% annually.
Prices grew for the seventh month in a row in August – up 0.5% from July.
