- South West (6.2%)

- Outer London (6.2%)
- The North East a 6.1% yield and in the
- West Midlands (6%),
- Central London (5.8%)
- East of England ( 5.7%)
- The East Midlands (4.5%)

Scotland not worth while as they lump scotland as 1 place
NW would need to be split for urban and rural because it varies so much. Cheshire / Ribble Valley / Lake District is different to central Manchester.

In April 2012, Paragon Mortgages had the North West top of the rental yield league at 6.6%.
