Deleting in Property Manager

I have recently received an enquiry from one of the users of Property Manager our FREE property management software for landlords about how to remove a tenant from their account.

There are several ways to remove data from your portfolio:

Firstly, it's possible to delete an address which will get rid of all details to do with that property.  To do this just click on the Summary tab under Management and then click an address link on the left of the property manager.  This will take you to the Summary details of that property.  At the top is a link to delete the address.

To just remove a tenancy go to the Tenancy tab and then click the tenancy link on the left.  You will then be taken to the overview of the tenancy.  Then click the Delete link at the bottom of the screen to remove the tenancy.
