Tips On Tenancy Deposit Disputes 25: Send All Your Evidence

Tip 25: Send all your evidence
This is really important. Once the decision has been made, an adjudicator will not reopen the case on the basis that you didn’t, for whatever reason, send in all of your evidence. Make sure that send the adjudicator all of the evidence that you need to prove your case the first time.
If you find something that you forgot to send and the deadline has passed, but you have not received your decision yet, then send it in by all means. It may get there in time and be considered, it may not. What have you got to lose?
