Reluctant landlords return

They're back. That legion of foot dragging entrepreneurs, the reluctant landlords are greeting further tenants through gritted teeth to their once loved, unsold properties.

"Yes you will love it here, ........we have."

New research reveals Figures from the Association of Residential Letting Agents in Q3 2010 show that 34 per cent member offices have seen an increase in the number of rental properties coming onto market because they can’t be sold.

An increase from 19 per cent in Q2 of this year.

I sympathise with those reluctant landlords - many of whom desperately need to sell the property and can't. Clear Lets listens to those reluctant landlords, offers impartial advice on the next step forward, whether that be letting or a different selling strategy. And - would I sell my life's greatest financial asset in these times? Only if I had absolutely no choice.
