Value of a place

Putting a price on location and facilities gives landlords an idea of people property priorities.

A new survey shows that having a property on the coast is seen by many property buyers as to be most valuable bringing in a proposed premium of £20,448.

Others were valued as been worth the following premiums-

- Being near family £13,005
- Green space £16,340
- Low crime rate £16,672
- Good community feel £17,517
- Good transport links £11,184
- Near friends £18,310
- Near a beach £20,448
- Near a good school £18,003
- Near the workplace £8,269
