Landlords need to consider installing cycle storage in rental properties

London landlords are been urged to consider formulating proper cycle storage in rental properties to accommodate a growing demand from tenants.

Cycling is growing in popularity across the country especially in urban areas.

There has been a staggering growth in the popularity of cycling in London of 107 percent since 2000.

Often rental properties do not cater for cycle storage.

Landlords maybe need to think about introducing specialised storage systems, hooks, pully systems or lockable sheds that will prevent communal hallways becoming jammed with cycles.

Proper storage will help protect a landlords property from the ravages of cycle pedals as well as potentially acting as an additional selling point when it comes to marketing a property.
